Ten screens from the OrderEasy customer app, captured on a phone against a demo seed of five Bengaluru shops. Pick a city, pick a shop, fill a cart, choose delivery or pickup, pay, and follow the order — all inside one shop, never a merged marketplace.
01 Where are you?
The app opens on a location check. GPS is offered first; when it cannot confirm a service city the seed falls back to a city list, and Bengaluru (560001) is selected here.
Select a Store
02 Select a Store
Every seed shop in Bengaluru is listed with its delivery and pickup badges and a Shop Now button. The list is a directory of shops, not a single merged storefront — you order from one shop at a time.
There is no combined catalog across these shops and no shared basket. Choosing one opens that shop; the others stay where they are.
03 Shop home
Picking a shop opens that shop’s own home screen: its address, its open/closed state, its offers and its categories. The header keeps the shop you are shopping at visible the whole time.
Capture note: this shop-home screen was taken in FreshBasket Koramangala. The cart and order screens later in the tour were captured in GreenCart Mini Mart, Indiranagar.
Catalog shelves
04 Offers and Best Selling
Products sit on the shop’s shelves — Offers, Best Selling, Buy Again — with unit, price, struck-through M.R.P. and the shop’s own cart offer badge. Add and quantity controls are on the tile.
My Cart
05 My Cart
The cart lists the three items with quantity steppers, then totals: subtotal, the savings the shop’s cart offer applied, and the amount payable.
06 Checkout
One checkout screen carries all three choices: Home Delivery or Store Pickup, which saved address to deliver to, and how to pay. The closed-store notice says the order will be scheduled, not refused.
Store is currently closed. You can still place your order now — it will be scheduled for processing when the store opens next at 07:00 AM.
Order Details
07 Order Details
The order is created against the shop, not against a platform: the shop’s name, phone and street address sit at the top, above the per-line amounts after the cart discount.
Received outside business hours. Processing will begin Sep 10, 2026, 6:30 PM.
My Orders
08 My Orders
Past and active orders stack up with their status, the retailer they were placed with, and the amount. Each row opens the same order-details screen.
All four rows name GreenCart Mini Mart as the retailer. The order belongs to the shop that fulfils it.
Order chat
09 Chat on the order
Chat is attached to the order, so the shop already knows which order you mean. Quick replies cover the three things people actually ask about.
Help & Support
10 Help & Support
Help is a sheet over the app with FAQs and a feedback tab. The answers point back into the product — Orders for tracking, order chat for missing items, Profile for addresses.
Each one is a separate shop with its own catalog, prices, hours and orders. The tour orders from GreenCart Mini Mart in Indiranagar.
